Can We Guess How Much You Love Sleeping?

Hey there guys. How was your day? I hope you all are doing well. Today we will be discussing an important topic Can we guess how much you love sleeping? Sleeping is one of the most basic needs of mankind. If you ignore your need then your health might deteriorate. It is very important to sleep almost 6-8 hours a day. If you are not following this norm then you might have problems later on your life. It has been found in many pieces of research that less sleep leads to brain damage. And if that thing is continued then you will have permanent brain damage. You might not feel it even if you have practised less sleep for years but the change is real and very subtle. For example, you could see a decline in your cognitive abilities. Cognitive ability is just one aspect there might be many other aspects which you should consider. There are many different things which you should consider while considering about your own health. There are many YouTube videos on the 4 hours sleep routine. It says that for about 28 days you need to sleep for only four hours a day. It would be very difficult for you during the initial days and you might think to give it up. But after a few weeks, you would adapt to it after which you would not feel the lack of sleep. The idea seems to work for many people but the point is that there has been numerous researches that shows your body tends to carry forward your sleep for the next day. If you are continuing to do this for a while then it will damage your brain permanently. Sleep helps in repairing the brain and many different parts of our body. It is a healing mechanism and the lesser time you give it to repair the more harmful it is for you.I hope you liked my short article. “I don’t know if you’ve ever felt like that. That you wanted to sleep for a thousand years. Or just not exist. Or just not be aware that you do exist. Or something like that. I think wanting that is very morbid, but I want it when I get like this. That’s why I’m trying not to think. I just want it all to stop spinning.”
― Stephen Chbosky, The Perks of Being a Wallflower

“Laugh, even when you feel too sick or too worn out or tired.
Smile, even when you’re trying not to cry and the tears are blurring your vision.
Sing, even when people stare at you and tell you your voice is crappy.
Trust, even when your heart begs you not to.
Twirl, even when your mind makes no sense of what you see.
Frolick, even when you are made fun of. Kiss, even when others are watching. Sleep, even when you’re afraid of what the dreams might bring.
Run, even when it feels like you can’t run any more.
And, always, remember, even when the memories pinch your heart. Because the pain of all your experience is what makes you the person you are now. And without your experience—you are an empty page, a blank notebook, a missing lyric. What makes you brave is your willingness to live through your terrible life and hold your head up high the next day. So don’t live life in fear. Because you are stronger now, after all the crap has happened, than you ever were back before it started.”
