How Emotionally Stable Are You Really?

Emotional stability is one of the greatest desires of mankind in this ever-increasingly chaotic world. Every day we are bombarded with information from social media apps, news websites, and the entire internet as a whole. We are not able to even prioritize our goals.

Now when we don’t reach our goals we feel lost and hence our emotional system fails and we develop mental health issues due to just that. In this fast-paced world we often forget to introspect ourselves. Introspecting is necessary since you can’t rely on a social media influencer to solve your messed up life. You need to start questioning things which you have been believing since the things you chose to believe are certainly not working which is why you are at this position. You need to figure out your wants desires and goals before moving on any further in life. Take a vacation of a month or two or dedicate a few hours a day to introspect yourself.

If you know a bit about your personality type then you need to meet like-minded people to show you some direction. This could be the most reliable way as they might have faced the same problem before as you. If you could figure out your purpose in life then you must also find the motivation behind your goal. This is important because knowing your motivation might push you in the right direction. Life in its entirety is meaningless. Your entire life is like a droplet in the ocean of human evolution which if removed, doesn’t make any difference to the ocean. This is why you need to figure out the purpose of your life and the motivation behind it too.

I have gone through depression and one thing which I could tell you with utmost clarity is that it is nothing but a sense of lack of purpose in life. You stop feeling. Sooner or later you might also face it if you don’t figure it out since you can’t forever act to have a purpose in life.
