Hey there guys. How was your day? I hope you all are doing well. Today we will be discussing an important topic What is your anger type? There are many people who have anger issues. I personally had friends who have anger issues. They just can’t control their anger. I don’t know the exact reason but I think is that in today’s fast paced world everyone couldn’t keep up with the pace and they tend to lag behind. This causes frustration in them and they are always agitated. The tiniest of issues could frustrate them and make them angry. Also, the modern lifestyle had changed drastically and our food habits have changed for worse. They are also contributing factors. They also play a significant role in the issue. Many research papers have shown that the best way to control this to practice meditation and yoga as it could relieve your tension. If you could release your tension then I think you would be in a much better position to handle it. If you are someone who doesn’t believes in yoga and meditation then you could stop reading this article. You could continue with your work which you were doing prior to coming to this article. It has also been found that if stress is not the reason then yoga and meditation might not help. There may be underlying issues like troubled past and what not. Troubled past is one of the most common reasons of this condition. None the less patient could improve if he/she consults a psychiatrist or therapist. If you are severely affected then don’t try to self-medicate go visit a professional. You might feel that it is unnecessary and you could treat it yourself then you are wrong. Please have a regular health check up.
