What Is Your Sleeping Position?

Hey there guys. How was your day. I hope you all are doing well. Today we will be discussing an important topic what is your sleeping position? Sleeping is one of the most important things. It is related to the healthy functioning of your body. If you don’t sleep properly then you might fall sick sooner or later. It has also been found that though the recommended sleep hours is 6-8 hours but the quality of sleep also does matters a lot. If you are someone who sleeps for 8 hours but the quality of sleep is not that great then my friend you are not having a proper sleep. Quality of sleep is defined by several different factors. Like the first one is the obvious one and that is the number of hours that we should sleep and as I have said earlier it is 6-8 hours. The second thing is that how many times you wake up during your sleeping hours. If you wake up too many times then your sleep quality is very poor. The ideal condition is that you don’t wake up a single time during that time. It is considered as the best quality. Your sleeping position also matters a lot. If you are sleeping in a position that is causing problems in digestion then also the quality of sleep is considered poor. You could google for appropriate sleep positions and you could get it. Now one thing which many people don’t know is that if you dream a lot then also it is considered that you are not having a good quality sleep. The simple reason being when you are dreaming you are actually in the REM stage which is also called the Rapid Eye Movement. It is considered that this stage you are at a very light sleep. There are even more deeper stages and that defines your quality.I hope you liked my short article.
