What Type Of Boss Are You?

Hey there guys. How was your day? I hope you all are doing well. Today I will be discussing an important topic What type of boss are you? I know you hate your boss but this article is to fuel your hate against your boss so that you might live a very happy life. One of the key things that I about almost any boss or corporate is their way of micromanaging their employees. It might seem to them that their method is working but in reality it is not.

They are only stressing their employees, increasing anxiety thereby reducing their productivity. It might be useful for some of the lazy or naughty employees but most of the employees don’t fall under this category. If you are unhappy to know about your bossy nature then please go to hell. Companies also want their employees to be their pets.

They want you to be as loyal as their pets. If someone in the company is, and you are not, then only God can save you. Some employees are so dumb that they praise their previous employees even if they are fired. Many companies sometimes use their employees for advertising. Like recently I had seen a tattoo company giving preferential treatment to their employees who tattooed their body part with the company logo. Imagine getting fired one month after being fired. You are still a walking banner for your previous company.

If somehow your boss doesn’t likes it then it will be hell of a ride getting your things done in that company. Modern companies will mostly use you until you explicitly tell them not to do so. Be careful in these times as most of the bosses just care about their supercar fund. To them you are nothing but machines working day in and out for getting them a supercar.

I hope you like my short piece. If you feel that it opened your eyes then feel free to share it. Also, take our fun quiz to know how much bossy are you. Feel free to share your thoughts.
