What Was Your Social Status In A Past Life?

Hey there guys. How was your day? I hope you all are doing well. Today we will be discussing an important topic What was your social status in a past life? We humans are constantly judging people on the basis of their social status. If you are someone who also judges people based on social status then please stop doing that as it is not something that we should do. But I get you. We all are trained in this very way.

Society and our education system had taught us that social status is the most important criteria while judging out people. Men are the most affected in all this in my opinion. Studies have showed that the primary thing women look in men for romantic partners is social status. If a person has a higher social status then he has the option to choose from multiple women.

While if someone has low social status then it might be difficult for him to get romantic partners. It has also been found that people with lower incomes are considered as low social status. If you want to upgrade your social status then you need to increase your income. Income has become the deciding factor of your social status.

It has been said in Vedas that in Kaliyuga people with higher income will held the supreme position in society. I don’t believe all this but it seems to be the truth in my opinion. I mean you could see many people who are rich and are considered to be of higher status. They are considered people with knowledge and are highly respected. There are many more things which I don’t seem to like about the present day scenario. I hope that the world would improve upon its shortcomings and the upcoming generations will have much brighter days.

I hope you liked my short article. If you have any further insights into this topic then feel free to share it with me down in the comments section below. Play the quiz as well and don’t forget to share it with your friends and family.

Here are some quotes on social status:

“But isn’t it likely that everyone in this world…has killed someone or other on their way to the top?…All I wanted was a chance to be a man–and for that, one murder is enough.”
― Aravind Adiga, The White Tiger

“As a girl, she was a legal prey, especially if she was dressed in a worn black leather jacket and had pierced eyebrows, tattoos, and zero social status.”
― Stieg Larsson, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

“People of civilized countenance made much of exposing the soft underbellies of their psyche – effete and sensitive were the brands of finer breeding. It was easy for them, safe, and that was the whole point, after all: a statement of coddled opulence that burned the throats of the poor more than any ostentatious show of wealth.”
― Steven Erikson, Deadhouse Gates

“On social barriers, VJ Simon, the Indian-Jewish venture capitalist in The Best People observed: “Some of those rich and powerful people I met risked a few dollars with me. They only risked money. They didn’t risk their social status. We never met at one of their clubs. We had lunch at Elegante. I thought of it as the five o’ clock curtain.”
― Marc Grossberg, The Best People: A Tale of Trials and Errors

“Except for the two years he had lived with cowboys in North Dakota, and being the employer of a dozen or so servants,Roosevelt had never had to suffer any prolonged intimacy with the working class. From infancy,he had enjoyed the perquisites of money and social position. The money, through his own mismanagement, had often run short, and he was by no means wealthy even now, but he had always taken exclusivity for granted.”
― Edmund Morris, Colonel Roosevelt
